Eisenstat, Gabage & Furman, established in 1961, is one of the oldest firms in the southern New Jersey area and has a high reputation for successful results in general litigation, in both the Federal and State courts, including plaintiffs' personal injury, medical malpractice and products liability claims. The remaining founding partner, Gerald M. Eisenstat, has to his credit some of the largest personal injury recoveries in the State of New Jersey. The firm has attained its reputation throughout the state for the aggressive and diligent prosecution and defense of cases.

While a general practice firm, Eisenstat, Gabage & Furman has a heavy concentration in litigation, especially plaintiff's personal injury claims and the defense and prosecution of insurance claims, including the interpretation of insurance policies. The firm's attorneys serve as arbitrators throughout the southern part of the state and have been active in the formulation of legislation and rules of court pertaining to all forms of alternate dispute resolution programs.

The firm of Eisenstat, Gabage & Furman has one of the largest appellate practices in southern New Jersey and they often argue matters in the State and Federal appellate courts, including the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Appellate Division and New Jersey Supreme Court.
